Photos flatten everything. In the yard you find out whether the deck sits right for your three year olds, how solid the steel feels when you shake it, and what the surfacing does under your shoes. That is the whole reason we pay for the trip.

We arrange the flights, the hotel and the meals directly. Simplest option, and it does not come off your order total.

You book, we credit

Book it yourself and earn a 1.25× credit on documented spend. Spend $1,000 and take $1,250 off the order, up to your tier cap.

We come to you

No credit on this one, but you meet the people who will actually be on your site. Usually inside about two weeks.

Coverage applies to travel, not to the playground. Two people on a standard order, more as the order grows, and we tell you the number up front in writing. Option B pays the same cap back as a 1.25× credit against your order instead of cash.

Straight answers

Who qualifies for 100% reimbursement?
Orders of $15,000 or more. Below that we still cover part of it. The estimator above shows your tier, and we confirm the number in writing before you book anything.
How many people can come?
Two on a standard order, more as the order grows. We will tell you the number up front, in writing, so nobody books a flight on a guess.
What if we visit and do not buy?
Then you had a trip on us and we shook hands. There is no clawback, no contract to sign to come, and no invoice afterwards.
What is the 1.25 times credit?
If you book the trip yourself, send us the receipts and we credit 125% of your documented spend against the order, up to your tier cap. Spend $1,000 and take $1,250 off. It is worth more than cash back, which is why most people pick it.
We cannot get away. Can you come here?
Yes. That is option C. No travel credit applies, but we bring samples and your marked up plan to you, usually inside about two weeks.
Does this stack with the Community Play Fund grant?
Yes. The travel program covers the trip. The Community Play Fund matches what you put toward the equipment. They are separate and you can use both.
The Perfect Playgrounds Travel Program is a promotional program offered by Perfect Playgrounds, a d/b/a of Cullman Capital, LLC. Reimbursement tiers apply to documented travel expenses for a pre arranged visit and are based on the size of the associated order. The number of covered travellers, the covered amount and eligible expenses are confirmed in writing before travel is booked. Option B credit of 1.25 times documented spend is applied against the order total and cannot be exchanged for cash. Travel reimbursement is limited, subject to availability and approval, and does not apply to installation, freight, safety surfacing or site work, which are quoted separately at standard rates.
