Straight answers

Is this a real grant?
No, and we will not tell you otherwise. The Community Play Fund is funding from Perfect Playgrounds applied directly to your equipment price. There is no government money and no foundation behind it. The benefit to you is identical, and you do not have to wait on a grant cycle to get it.
What is the catch?
The match applies to installed projects only. We supply the equipment and our crews put it in the ground. If you plan to self install or hire your own contractor, the Community Play Fund does not apply.
How much can we actually get?
Up to 50% of the play equipment on your project. On a $50,000 structure that is $25,000. The exact number depends on the equipment you choose and the scope of the site, which is why we send it in writing rather than guessing on a web page.
Do we have to be a nonprofit?
No. Schools, churches, childcare centers, parks departments, HOAs and community groups all qualify. If your organization serves children and you have a site, apply.
How long does approval take?
One business day for your number. From there, most projects are installed within weeks once the equipment ships.
Does applying commit us to anything?
No. There is no fee, no deposit and no obligation. You get a written proposal and you decide.
The Community Play Fund is a promotional funding program offered by Perfect Playgrounds, a d/b/a of Cullman Capital, LLC. It is not a government grant, a foundation grant or a charitable award. Matching funds are applied as a reduction to the price of play equipment on qualifying projects installed by Perfect Playgrounds, and cannot be combined with other offers or exchanged for cash. Funding is limited and subject to availability, project scope, site conditions and approval. Freight, installation, safety surfacing and site preparation are quoted separately.
