With most playground companies you never meet anybody — a rep three states away sends a PDF and a freight carrier drops pallets in your parking lot. We would rather shake your hand and show you the equipment ourselves.

We book it and we pay for it
We arrange the flights into Birmingham or Huntsville, book the hotel and cover meals. You pay nothing up front, there is nothing to expense afterward, and it does not come off your order total — we simply pay for the trip.
You book it, we pay you back — and then some
If your travel office has to book it, keep the receipts and we credit you 1.25× what you spent. Spend $1,000 on the trip and $1,250 comes off your order. Documented spend only, up to your project’s limit.

Bare metal and plastic in direct sun get hot enough to shut a playground down in the middle of the school day. Fabric over the top drops the surface temperature dramatically and takes the UV off the equipment, which is what makes slides fade and go brittle in the first place.

Rough dimensions, the ages using it and whatever the budget looks like. A site plan helps but isn’t required — a guess is fine.
We draw it and price it
Equipment placed to scale, use zones checked, surfacing sized to the fall height. Then an itemized quote, dated and formatted for a board or a grant file.
We handle the paperwork
Purchase orders, tax exemption certificates, W-9s, insurance certificates and the spec sheets a grant application wants. Send your office’s checklist and it comes back filled in.
Our crew builds it
We deliver, set and anchor everything, clean the site up, and hand over the manufacturer documentation for your records.
How long does it really take?
Anything in our Quick Ship range we can get to you in one to three weeks. The rest of the catalog is built to order, which runs several weeks before it ships, with installation scheduled after it lands.
If you’re opening in August, the conversation needs to start in spring. We’ll always give you the real date rather than the one you want to hear — and we’ll tell you upfront which equipment can actually hit your deadline.
