Schools, churches, daycares and municipalities buy playgrounds differently than families do. There is a committee, a budget cycle, a purchase order and usually a tax exemption. We are set up for all of it, and we quote institutional projects at institutional pricing.

How a school or church project usually runs

1. Tell us the space and the agesDimensions, the age groups using it, and roughly what the budget looks like. A site plan helps but is not required.
2. We draw the layoutEquipment placed to scale with use zones checked and surfacing quantities calculated. No charge for this.
3. You get a formal quoteLine by line, with equipment, surfacing, shade, freight and installation broken out so a committee can see what it is approving.
4. Send the PO and the exemption certificateWe set both up on your account so the invoice comes out right the first time.
5. We schedule the buildLead times on commercial equipment run weeks, not days, so we give you a real date and work backward from your opening.
6. We install and hand over the fileCrew builds it, and you get the manufacturer documentation and specification sheets for your records.

Grant funded projects

If you are applying for a grant, tell us at the quoting stage. Applications usually want an itemized quote on letterhead, manufacturer specification sheets, safety compliance documentation and sometimes a drawn site plan. Lead times, honestly

Commercial equipment is built to order. Depending on the manufacturer and the time of year, that runs several weeks before anything ships, and installation is scheduled after it lands. If you are opening in August, the conversation needs to start in spring. We will always tell you the real date rather than the one you want to hear.
