Why the discount exists

Because the crew is already going to be there

A lot of what makes an out of state playground expensive is getting people and equipment to the site. When the truck and the crew are already scheduled in Maryland for October, that cost is spread across every job on the run instead of loaded onto one. We would rather fill the schedule than send a half empty truck, so the saving goes to you. That is the whole reason, and it is why the price is tied to the dates.

Is 30% off MSRP a real discount or an inflated list price?
It is off the manufacturer's published list price for the equipment, the same list price the manufacturer quotes everywhere. We will show you the list price and the discounted price on the same proposal so you can see both numbers rather than take our word for it.
What happens if we cannot be ready by October?
Tell us now rather than later. The discount is tied to the crew being in Maryland on those dates. If your timeline is different we will tell you honestly what we can and cannot do instead of taking a deposit and sorting it out afterwards.
Do we have to use your installation crew?
For this offer, yes. The whole reason the price works is that the crew and the truck are already scheduled to be in Maryland. Equipment only orders do not qualify for the October pricing.
Can we combine this with the Community Play Fund?
No. The October Maryland pricing and the Community Play Fund are two separate offers and only one can apply to a project. When you send your details we will tell you which one leaves you better off.
Can you invoice a school district or work from a purchase order?
Yes. Purchase orders, W 9s and quotes formatted for a board packet are routine for us.
Who are you and where are you based?
Perfect Playgrounds, a family run company with a showroom at 17844 US 31 in Cullman, Alabama. We supply and install commercial playgrounds, and our crews travel for scheduled runs like this one.
What about safety surfacing?
We supply it and we can install it. Rubber mulch, tiles, poured surfacing and turf, rated to the fall height of the equipment you choose. It is quoted as its own line so you can see exactly what it costs.
